STABLE adopts all-aluminum frame, precision triangular beam and integral dovetail guide rail, combined with computer-aided design finite element analysis and modularization principle, which greatly improves the stability of the overall structure and significantly reduces the influence of micro-deformation, vibration and temperature gradient on the measurement accuracy. As a result, STABLE exhibits good repeatability and long-term stability during measurement.

All-cemented aluminum mechanical frame: The alloy aluminum density is small, which helps to improve the dynamic performance of the measuring machine while ensuring the accuracy, thereby improving the measurement efficiency. The all-aluminum frame is easy to achieve the consistency of the material, and can ensure the consistency of the deformation of each part when the temperature changes, making the accuracy more accurate and reliable;
Precision triangular beam bridge design: The triangular beam has the best structural rigidity ratio to provide higher accuracy, long-term stability and higher dynamic performance.
